Documents Required

To ensure a smooth transaction from application stage to your move in date.  Clydebank Estate & Letting Agents will require the following documentation.

·         Minimum of 3 months’ bank statements and corresponding wage slips

·         Credit report

·         Photographic ID

Upon acceptance, 1 months rent in advance together with a months rent as standard security deposit. 

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, switch or credit card.
