About Clydebank Estate & Letting Agents
Clydebank Estate & Letting Agents was established in 2003 by Thomas Sheridan when he opened a small office in Dalmuir with two staff and this has now expanded to a larger modern office in Kilbowie Road employing six members of staff who are all fully qualified in their own individual department.
Clydebank Estate & Letting Agents can offer a wide range of services to suit your requirements. We can help you through the process of buying/selling your property as smoothly as possible and can assist with mortgage and insurance requirements as we have fully independent mortgage advisors. We also have a full letting service and can help both Landlord and Tenant in the leasing out of property with both full management and property maintenance services. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge of market trends and being a “one stop shop” offering all services under the one roof with complete peace of mind.
